3300-MBP provides an I/O communication path for Modbus Plus within the ProLinx family. The module is applied where controller data must be read from or written to a Modbus Plus network.
Install the module as part of a compatible ProLinx communication architecture and connect it to the Modbus Plus network.
Map the required 4XXXX data addresses and define read or write behavior through the controller program.
Use MSTR function 1 for write transactions and MSTR function 2 for read transactions.
