Overview

31000-26-05-00-100-03-02 is a heavy-duty, side-exit proximity-probe housing from Bently Nevada’s 31000-series. It threads straight into a ½-20 UNF-2A tapped hole on the machine case and gives the 5- or 8-mm eddy-current probe a rigid, corrosion-free mount while keeping the sensing tip exactly 100 mil (2.54 mm) from the shaft. The 303 stainless body, fluorocarbon O-ring and 0.375-inch conduit port handle oil, steam and 200 °C (392 °F) bearings, so the same part works from cooling-water pumps to gas-turbine casings without redesigning brackets or adding cooling blocks. Customers use it to replace damaged housings or to upgrade older 7200-series installs to 3300 XL electronics while keeping the existing machine threads and clearances.

The 3500/60 & 61 modules provide six channels of   temperature monitoring and accept both Resistance   Temperature Detector (RTD) and Thermocouple (TC)   temperature inputs.  The modules condition these inputs and   compare them against user-programmable alarm setpoints.    The 3500/60 and 3500/61 provide identical functionality   except that the 3500/61 provides recorder outputs for each of   its six channels while the 3500/60 does not.
