Non-Contact Machinery Measurement

The 3300 XL 8 mm proximity system is designed for measuring vibration and position without physical contact with the rotating target. The probe works as part of a complete proximity transducer system together with the extension cable and Proximitor sensor.

Option 11 uses a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with connector protection and FluidLoc cable. Option 02 uses the miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with standard cable and without the connector protector.

This configuration uses the approval option associated with CSA, ATEX and IECEx. For classified-area installations, the delivered configuration and applicable installation requirements should be verified before installation.
05. What should be checked if the replacement probe produces unstable vibration readings?
Check the complete transducer chain rather than the probe alone: probe mounting, target condition, connector engagement, cable routing, extension cable, Proximitor sensor and the specified system configuration should all be reviewed.
