Four independent HART master channels bring field-instrument data into the ControlLogix 1756 platform.
The MVI56-HART is a single-slot, 1756-backplane-compatible HART Multidrop Master Communication Module. It enables ControlLogix processors to communicate with HART pressure, temperature, flow and similar process instruments.
Four independently configurable master channels support up to 15 devices each. Data passes through the module database under ladder-logic control.
