A2MMM843-SS1130
A 16-channel isolated N-IO module that assigns analog input, analog output, digital input or digital output independently by software. The SS1130 configuration combines explosion-protection capability, ISA Standard G3 treatment and the -40 to 70 °C temperature option.
|
|
| 01 16 ISOLATED CHANNELS
Independent signal assignment for every channel.

0.41 kg Approximate module weight |
| 01 | Flexible signal allocation | Each isolated channel can be assigned to the required analog or discrete function. This supports project changes without replacing the core I/O module, provided the selected base plate and signal adaptor suit the field circuit. |
| 02 | Analog measurement and actuation | Analog input and output use a 4 to 20 mA range. Input channels accept 0 to 24 mA, while output channels support loads up to 750 ohms at 20 mA. Two-wire or four-wire transmitter operation is selected per input channel. |
| 03 | Digital and event handling | Digital input includes status, pushbutton and sequence-of-events use. Digital output supports status, one-shot pulse and time-proportioning behavior when the channel and adaptor arrangement are configured accordingly. |
| 04 | HART integration | HART7 communication is available with compatible current input, current output or pass-through adaptors. Process and HART variables can be carried together for control and asset-management use. |
| 05 | Mounting relationship | The module installs on A2BN3D, A2BN4D or A2BN5D N-IO base plates. Two identical modules can form a dual-redundant arrangement. Isolation barriers, rather than zener barriers, are required where intrinsic-safety protection is implemented. |
| A2MMM843-SS1130 | Mixed AI/AO/DI/DO, explosion-protection code, G3 and extended temperature |
| A2MMM843-SS1030 | Same mixed-signal concept without the explosion-protection suffix |
| A2MDV843 | Digital-only configurable I/O alternative |
| A2BN3D / A2BN4D / A2BN5D | Compatible N-IO base-plate families; adaptor and barrier selection changes the field interface |

| ORDER CARE | Contact us within seven days if a concern appears after receipt. | Keep the item in its original condition and state the reason. Resolution follows receipt and inspection. | Return-related shipping costs are paid by the buyer. |
| Q1 | A2MMM843-SS1130: How should the exact suffix be checked before purchase? | Match the full catalog code, installed terminal or adapter arrangement, environmental option, system release and hardware revision. A shared base model does not make different suffixes interchangeable. |
| Q2 | A2MMM843-SS1130: Can this unit be installed without checking the surrounding system? | No. Confirm the compatible base, node or control-station architecture, field wiring, power arrangement and engineering configuration before installation. |
| Q3 | A2MMM843-SS1130: What should be photographed before an order is placed? | Capture the complete front label, side label, connector area, installed accessories and the neighboring slot or chassis identification. These views reduce selection risk. |
| Q4 | A2MMM843-SS1130: What should be preserved during replacement? | Preserve channel assignment, wiring polarity, terminal allocation, station or node settings, software configuration and any redundancy pairing that applies to the installed unit. |
| Q5 | A2MMM843-SS1130: What should be supplied for a quotation? | Provide the full model, required quantity, destination, expected condition and available revision details. For urgent outages, include the required arrival date. |
