FIELD-TO-PROTECTION ENGINEERING
Four Signal Families, One Dedicated Boundary
PRODUCT ROLE
Protection input termination and signal distribution
TPRO works upstream of the three independent VPRO processors. It does not operate the turbine trip solenoids directly.
Speed circuits
Nine passive magnetic pickup inputs; pulse-rate applications are in the 2–14 kHz range.
Voltage circuits
Two single-phase potential-transformer inputs support the independent backup synchronization check.
Analog circuits
Three configured channels accommodate 4–20 mA or selected voltage signals according to the installed circuit.
Temperature
Nine grounded or ungrounded thermocouple channels contribute to turbine overtemperature protection.
The board supports protection calculations including overspeed, acceleration, synchronization permissive and exhaust overtemperature functions through the connected VPRO modules.

REVISION + CONFIGURATION CHECK
Confirm the exact IS200TPROH1C arrangement before purchase.
Magnetic pickups, voltage transformers, analog transmitters and thermocouples provide dedicated protection inputs.
02 · IS200TPROH1C
Terminates, conditions and distributes those field circuits to the independent protection-processing paths.
03 · VPRO R/S/T
Three VPRO modules calculate speed, acceleration, synchronization and temperature protection independently.
04 · TRIP CHAIN
TREG, TREL or TRES hardware interfaces the voted result with emergency-trip solenoids and trip feedback contacts.
Do not substitute by appearance: TPRO is neither a general-purpose I/O board nor a trip-output board. Match the H1C revision, sensor circuits, cable assignment and VPRO architecture together.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS
IS200TPROH1C FAQ
01
IS200TPROH1C — How should a replacement IS200TPROH1C be matched?
Use the complete catalog number, hardware revision, connected VPRO arrangement, sensor assignments and cable configuration. A similar connector pattern alone does not establish compatibility.
02
IS200TPROH1C — Can IS200TPROH1C replace a TREG, TREL or TRES board?
No. TPRO terminates and distributes protection sensor signals. TREG, TREL and TRES belong to the emergency-trip actuation and feedback side of the protection chain.
03
IS200TPROH1C — Why does IS200TPROH1C connect to three VPRO modules?
The R, S and T protection processors require independent signal paths so that each channel can calculate protective conditions and participate in the voted trip architecture.
04
IS200TPROH1C — Which field circuits should be checked before purchasing IS200TPROH1C?
Confirm the magnetic speed pickups, potential-transformer circuits, configured analog inputs, thermocouple types, grounding practice and connector assignments.
05
IS200TPROH1C — What checks should follow IS200TPROH1C installation?
Validate every assigned speed, voltage, analog and thermocouple channel, confirm all three VPRO diagnostics, test synchronization permissive behavior and verify the approved trip-feedback sequence.
