220 to 240 Vac, 50/60 Hz EC-series supply. The relay module uses the Q7800 wiring subbase interface and external field wiring for burner motor, ignition, pilot and main fuel valve circuits.
Safety behavior
Automatic sequencing includes safe-start checks, dynamic internal tests, airflow supervision, high-fire purge switch checking and low-fire start switch checking for the full-modulation path.
Service visibility
Five front LEDs indicate power, pilot, flame, main and alarm. An optional keyboard display supports status, first-out annunciation, fault review and setup interaction.

The relay module alone is not a complete burner safeguard assembly. Selection must account for supply voltage, flame detector and amplifier pairing, purge duration, safety-time variant, subbase wiring and the firing-rate motor arrangement. The Run/Test switch supports controlled checks during commissioning by qualified burner technicians.

PURCHASING FAQ
EC7850A1072 Questions
Is EC7850A1072 a complete burner control assembly? No. A compatible Q7800 subbase, flame amplifier and purge card are required; a keyboard display is optional.
Can EC7850A1072 replace an RM7850A directly? Do not treat them as voltage equivalents. EC7850A uses 220-240 Vac while RM7850A is the 120 Vac platform; wiring and all plug-in components must be checked.
Which flame detector works with EC7850A1072? The detector must match a compatible plug-in R78xx amplifier. Selection depends on flame type, detector technology and the required self-check behavior.
Why must the purge card be checked for EC7850A1072? The ST7800A card establishes purge timing. Reusing an unmatched card can produce an incorrect sequence for the burner application.
What should be supplied for an EC7850A1072 quotation? Provide the exact relay suffix, supply voltage, subbase, purge-card number, flame amplifier, detector type and burner sequence requirements so the assembly can be matched accurately.
