Industrial Ethernet Connectivity in a Compact Form

Copper Network Layer Five electrical Ethernet ports are provided as RJ45 interfaces. Each supports 10 Mbit/s or 100 Mbit/s operation, giving the switch a practical copper connection layer for industrial terminal equipment and network components. 5 × RJ45 • 10/100 Mbps		Multimode Fiber Layer Three optical ports use ST connections for 100 Mbps multimode fiber. Managed Layer 2 Operation Management functions include Web Based Management, CLI, STEP 7 configuration, RMON, port mirroring, CoS, VLAN by port, SNMP v1/v2/v3, DHCP client and LLDP.		Industrial Diagnostics The switch provides port diagnostics, packet-size and packet-type statistics, error statistics, SysLog and loopback diagnostics. PROFINET IO diagnostics and topology support through LLDP are also included.
Redundancy Architecture Supported redundancy mechanisms include ring redundancy, HRP, MRP, STP, RSTP and RSTP+. MRP can operate with a redundancy manager, while HRP supports redundancy-manager and standby configurations.		Security-Oriented Functions The documented feature set includes MAC-based and port/MAC-based ACLs, IEEE 802.1X with RADIUS, broadcast/multicast/unicast limiting, broadcast blocking, SSH and SSL.
