1. How can I confirm TC-FXX102 is the correct chassis replacement?
Check the complete chassis label, ten-slot configuration, 13 A rating, power arrangement and installed module combination. Compare the replacement against the actual cabinet assembly.
2. What is the difference between TC-FXX102 and TK-FXX102?
The TK-FXX102 is the coated 10-slot, 13 A chassis variant. Coating and exact hardware configuration matter when matching an existing installation; do not substitute based on slot count alone.
3. Does TC-FXX102 include all required control and I/O modules?
The chassis identifies the mounting platform, not a complete control-system bill of materials. Confirm the required controller, I/O modules, communication hardware and power components separately.
4. Can I use a different power or redundancy arrangement with TC-FXX102?
Only use a power assembly and redundancy adapter confirmed for the exact chassis and system configuration. Check the current rating, adapter compatibility and existing wiring before making changes.
5. What if the delivered TC-FXX102 does not match my installation?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt, retain the item in its original condition and explain the mismatch. A return or replacement will be arranged after the returned item is received and reviewed. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
