GI / IS Analog Input IOTA · Redundant Configuration
INDUSTRIAL I/O
SIGNAL INTERFACE SERIES
Built for Series C Signal Integration
CC-GAIX11 is a redundant GI/IS analog-input termination assembly for supported Honeywell Series C configurations. Confirm the associated I/O module and isolator arrangement against the installed system before ordering.
Redundant Analog Input IOTA for Isolated Field Signals
Process signals, carefully interfaced
The CC-GAIX11 is a GI/IS analog input Input/Output Termination Assembly used in Honeywell Experion Series C installations. It provides the field connection arrangement for up to sixteen 4–20 mA signals through supported galvanic isolators.
The IOTA supports redundant configurations. Correct selection depends on the associated I/O module, the installed isolator type, channel count and the required HART or temperature-signal interface.
Selection point: Match the IOTA and isolators to the actual field wiring plan before ordering a replacement.

1. How do I confirm that CC-GAIX11 fits my existing analog input loop?
Check the installed Series C IOM, 4–20 mA loop design, field isolator type and wiring layout. Send these details with the full part number before ordering.
2. Can CC-GAIX11 support a redundant input arrangement?
Yes, it is identified as a redundant GI/IS analog input IOTA. The complete arrangement must still match the system's IOM and redundancy configuration.
3. Which isolator should I specify with CC-GAIX11?
Supported options include MTL4541 single-channel HART isolators, MTL4544 dual-channel HART isolators, MTL4575 thermocouple/RTD isolating converters with 4–20 mA output, and MTL4599 termination units for unused connectors. Select by signal and channel requirements.
4. What should I provide to reduce the risk of ordering the wrong CC-GAIX11 assembly?
Provide the complete product label, installed IOM model, number of field channels, isolator part numbers and whether HART communication is required.
5. What happens if CC-GAIX11 arrives with a problem or does not match the order?
