Feature

High-Density I/O: 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs & 8 analog outputs on one card—saves rack space and wiring.
16 Bus Channels: onboard RS-485 + Ethernet, simultaneous Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet; 1 ms scan for 256 devices.
CT/VT Core: 0.5 % accuracy, 5 A / 1 A CT and 110 V / 220 V VT ranges; auto-detects ratio, no jumpers.
Galvanic Isolation: 2 kV channel-to-ground, 1 kV channel-to-channel; prevents ground loops in mixed AC/DC panels.
Wide-Range Supply: 24 Vdc (18…36 V), 5 W loss, hold-up 10 ms; works from battery, UPS or solar rail.

Application

Generator protection cubicle: CT/VT inputs measure stator current & bus voltage, DO trips field breaker on 50/51/64/81/87G elements.
MV motor control centre: AI reads winding RTDs, DI takes start/run feedback, DO drives contactor & DO outputs “start-block” to VFD.
Distribution feeder RTU: gathers 3-phase I, V, P, Q, THD; Modbus TCP uploads to SCADA every 250 ms for loss-of-load alarm.
Solar PV combiner box: DI senses DC string fuses, AO re-transmits 0-10 V irradiance, Ethernet links to cloud dashboard.
Building management system: DI for smoke damper end-switch, DO for fan starter, AI for duct pressure, cuts HVAC energy 15 %.
