General Electric DS200UCPBG5AFB is the UC2000 communication processor board at the heart of the Mark V Speedtronic™ TMR panel. Built on a 16-bit 80C186 microcontroller with 512 KB zero-wait-state SRAM and 256 KB redundant flash, the card executes turbine sequencing, protection algorithms and triple-voted I/O scanning within a 10 ms frame. Dual RS-232/485 9-pin ports provide local diagnostics and Modbus-RTU linkage to plant DCS, while an on-board 10-pin header auto-loads firmware from the redundant sister boards without rack removal. Conformal-coated tracks and keyed euro-card guides guarantee 15 g shock and 2 g vibration immunity on gas-turbine skids or marine decks. Hot-replaceable under power in <30 seconds via the Mark V online maintenance routine, DS200UCPBG5AFB is the plug-in spare that restores full TMR integrity and keeps critical turbomachinery running at OEM specification.
