GE IC200MDL750K high-density VersaMax discrete DC output module

The GE Fanuc IC200MDL750K is a high-density VersaMax discrete DC output module providing 32 positive-logic output points. The outputs are arranged as two groups of 16 and switch compatible DC loads toward the positive side of the external field supply.

The module supports a nominal 12/24 VDC field range, with individual outputs rated for up to 0.5 A at 30 VDC for resistive loads. Its high point density makes it suitable for compact control cabinets where many discrete actuators must be controlled from one VersaMax node.

All 32 outputs are organized as two groups of 16. Each group has its own DC+ and DC− field connections, allowing the field-side power arrangement to be separated by group.

The positive-logic outputs switch the load toward the positive side of the DC supply. An external DC supply is required to provide the field power used by the loads.

Output voltage is specified from +10.2 to +30 VDC. Maximum output voltage drop is 0.3 V. Resistive load current is 0.5 A maximum at 30 VDC, with a 2.0 A maximum inrush capability for 100 ms.

Optical isolation is provided between the field side and logic side and between groups. Each output has an individual LED, while FLD PWR indicates field power and OK indicates backplane power.

The controller or network interface unit supplies the 32-bit output data used by the module.

Converts the commanded digital states into 32 positive-logic DC outputs arranged as two groups of 16.

Compatible contactors, lamps, interposing relays and DC actuators can be controlled within the electrical limits.
