01 · IC200MDL750 — Can a 12 VDC application use this module?
Yes, but the 12 VDC output function requires IC200MDL750 version B or later. Earlier versions do not provide the 12 VDC output function.

02 · IC200MDL750 — Is the 32-point output capacity divided into separate groups?
Yes. The 32 outputs are arranged as two groups of 16. Each group has its own DC+ and DC− field connections, which should be considered when matching an existing wiring arrangement.

03 · IC200MDL750 — What should be checked when replacing an installed unit?
Check the module version, 12/24 VDC field supply, positive-logic arrangement, two-group wiring, load current, carrier compatibility, and the thermal conditions of the installation before replacement.

04 · IC200MDL750 — Does each output have individual status indication?
Yes. Each output point has an individual green LED indicating its on/off state. The FLD PWR LED indicates field power, while the OK LED indicates backplane power.

05 · IC200MDL750 — Is it suitable when the replacement requires point-to-point isolation?
No. The module has no point-to-point isolation. Its architecture provides optical user-to-logic and frame-ground isolation, plus group-to-group isolation, so an application requiring isolated individual output channels should be evaluated against another output architecture.
