The 1756-A7 provides seven module positions for a ControlLogix system. Its backplane creates a high-speed communication path between installed modules while distributing power across the chassis. The chassis uses horizontal back-panel mounting and allows modules to be placed in any available slot, giving system builders a practical way to combine controllers, communication modules, I/O and motion-related hardware. |
