Engineering Profile
The 1747-M13 is an EEPROM memory module for SLC 500 system processors. Its 64 kb capacity provides nonvolatile storage for controller program backup.
Compatibility is processor- and firmware-dependent. For example, the compatibility table associates M13 with SLC 5/03 Series C OS302 or higher, SLC 5/04 Series C OS401 or higher, and SLC 5/05 Series C OS501 or higher.

M13 is the EEPROM 64 kb option in the SLC memory-module family. It should be distinguished from the 1747-M12 Flash EPROM. When an 1747-M15 adapter is used to program M13, the Series B M15 adapter is required.
