Engineering Profile
The 1747-M12 supports up to 60K user instructions and 4K additional data words. Flash EPROM combines programmable flexibility with nonvolatile storage for SLC program backup.
Compatibility includes SLC 5/03 OS302 or higher, SLC 5/04 OS401 or higher, and SLC 5/05 processors. The 1747-M15 adapter socket is associated with programming M11/M12 modules.

M12 is the higher-capacity Flash EPROM option compared with M11. It is different from M13, which is a 64 kb EEPROM module. Selection should follow the processor generation, operating-system level and required backup capacity.
