AIP830 uses a three-position suffix structure. The first position determines the mode-selection-switch configuration, the second determines the operation-confirmation key type, and the final position is fixed at 1.

Optional mounting relationship
The /VESA option adds a VESA bracket. The official AIP830 specification also lists /EIM for an English instruction manual and /JIM for a Japanese instruction manual. These are option codes separate from the AIP830-101 base suffix configuration.

Both USB connectors must always be connected directly to a computer. One USB connection serves the operation keyboard function and the other serves the sound function.
FUNCTIONAL DETAILS
Built-in Sound Function
AIP830 incorporates an independent USB speaker in addition to the buzzer function. The keyboard therefore has separate hardware paths for operation input and sound.
For an AIP830-101 inquiry, please provide the exact model, required quantity, destination and required date. If the keyboard is replacing an existing AIP830, the existing suffix configuration can also help confirm the requested version.
Does AIP830-101 specifically include the mode selection switch?
Yes. In the AIP830 suffix structure, the first suffix position “-1” specifies the version with a mode selection switch. The second position “0” specifies the Type A operation confirmation key, while the final “1” is fixed.
Why does AIP830-101 require two USB connections?
The two USB-A connections serve different functions. The operation keyboard uses USB 2.0 Full-speed and the sound function uses USB 1.1 Full-speed. Both connectors are specified to be connected directly to the computer.
What should be checked when replacing an existing AIP830-101?
The complete AIP830 suffix configuration should be checked, especially the mode-selection-switch position and operation-confirmation-key type. If the existing keyboard has a VESA mounting arrangement, the mounting option should also be considered separately.
