The TG-13 Governor models are self-contained mechanical-hydraulic governors intended for combustion-engine applications where isochronous constant-speed operation is not required.
They are designed to replace mechanical governors on Ajax integral engine-compressors used in gas gathering and production.

Mechanical-Hydraulic Control
The TG-13 operates with speed droop for stable control and allows compatible engines to operate unattended. |
Internal Oil Pump
The governor drive shaft powers an internal oil pump that circulates oil from the self-contained sump. |

Pressure Stability
A relief-valve accumulator system helps maintain full hydraulic pressure during transient conditions. |
Oil Level Inspection
A sight glass provides convenient oil-level checking, and the governor can use the same type of lubricating oil as the engine. |
