The S7-1500 CPU writes a normalized process value through the backplane. The SM 532 converts it to the configured voltage or current range and drives the field load.

Load behavior

Output stability depends on permitted load resistance, cable length, supply quality and correct potential grouping. Channel diagnostics should be evaluated in the PLC program.

Shielding approach

Use the supplied shielding bracket and shield terminal with the selected front connector. Route analog wiring away from switching conductors and high-current motor cables.
