The Schneider Electric ATV930C11N4 is an Altivar Process ATV930 variable speed drive for three-phase motors in the 380–480 V range. It is rated for 110 kW in Normal Duty and 90 kW in Heavy Duty, with a nominal output current of 211 A in Normal Duty and 173 A in Heavy Duty. The execution includes an integrated braking unit and provides IP20 protection.

Why the complete reference matters
ATV930C11N4 and ATV930C11N4C share the same basic C11N4 power designation, but the suffix changes the hardware execution. ATV930C11N4 is supplied with a braking unit and IP20 protection, while ATV930C11N4C is the version without the braking unit and is supplied for enclosure integration. They should therefore not be treated as interchangeable simply because the power rating is the same.

Can Schneider ATV930C11N4 be selected as a 110 kW drive for every 110 kW motor application?
Not automatically. The 110 kW rating applies to Normal Duty. In Heavy Duty, the corresponding motor power is 90 kW. The actual motor current, load profile, overload requirement, supply voltage and operating conditions should therefore be checked before selection.

What is the practical difference between Schneider ATV930C11N4 and ATV930C11N4C when replacing an installed drive?
The hardware execution is different. ATV930C11N4 is supplied with a braking unit and IP20 protection, while ATV930C11N4C is the version without the braking unit intended for enclosure integration.
