PowerPC Processing Core
MVME2305 belongs to the MVME2300 VME processor family and uses the MPC604 PowerPC processor at 300 MHz. Its processor and memory architecture are designed around the board's embedded VME computing role.
MEMORY PATH
16MB ECC DRAM
The MVME2305 configuration provides two-way interleaved, ECC-protected DRAM. The 16MB capacity distinguishes this model from the higher-memory members of the same family.

Two onboard PMC positions provide a modular PCI mezzanine architecture. PMC I/O can be routed through the front panel and/or P2 depending on the installed PMC design and system configuration. |
