The ABB CDP-312R (3AUA0000036524) is a hand-held, multilingual HMI panel for ABB drives of the ACS355/ACS550/ACS580 families. It offers a 128 × 64 pixel back-lit LCD, six soft-keys and a rotary scroll wheel, and is powered directly from the drive’s RJ-45 interface (5 V, <100 mA). The unit supports parameter upload/download via internal 8 MB Flash, on-line diagnostics, real-time trending and quick-start wizards that guide users through auto-tune. An IP 54 rubber boot and 1 m drop-proof housing make it suitable for on-site commissioning. |

Multi-drive plants – hot-plug the same CDP-312R into any ACS-x50 cabinet for walk-around checks. OEM start-up – quick-start wizard guides local technicians without Drive Composer PC. Stock spare – keep one panel per site to avoid PC-based tools in hazardous or hygienic areas. |
