WOODWARD 9907-1290 PROACT DIGITAL SPEED CONTROL
WOODWARD 9907-1290 is a second-generation Digital Synchronizer & Load Control (DSLC-2) built for precise paralleling of medium- to large-scale generators on utility, island or marine switchboards. The unit auto-matches voltage, frequency and phase within ±0.1 % and ±1° in <200 ms, then seamlessly imports or exports user-defined kW and kVAR set-points while providing automatic load share, VAR/power-factor and over-current protection. Dual 16-bit DSP cores deliver 3-phase true-RMS sensing on 90-600 VAC bus and gen inputs, eliminating the need for external PTs up to 35 kV with simple ratio entry. On-board USB and isolated RS-485 Modbus-RTU ports give plug-and-play setup via Woodward ToolKit and real-time SCADA visibility. Housed in a rugged 144 mm DIN-rail case and qualified for –40…+70 °C, 15 g shock and 2 g vibration, 9907-1290 is the drop-in replacement that upgrades legacy analog synchronizers to full digital reliability without rewiring the cabinet.
