The Woodward easYgen-3200 8440-2050 is a genset controller designed for single- and multiple-generator applications requiring generator management, synchronization, load sharing and mains-parallel operation. Its flexible control architecture supports standby, AMF, peak shaving, import/export, CHP and distributed generation applications.
The easYgen-3200 supports isolated operation, island parallel operation, mains parallel operation and multiple-unit mains parallel systems. Up to 32 generator sets can be incorporated into load-dependent start/stop sequencing, allowing generating capacity to be adjusted according to system demand.
The 8440-2050 version features a 5.7-inch 320 × 240 color graphical LCD. Flexible configuration functions including FlexApp™, LogicsManager™, FlexIn™ and FlexCAN™ support adaptation to different generator, engine and plant-control requirements.
