MODULE ROLE
The 5466-332 is a legacy MicroNet High Density Analog I/O module designed for simplex applications. It provides 24 analog inputs in the 4–20 mA range and 8 analog outputs in the 4–20 mA range, with reduced filtering applied to input channels 23 and 24.

A dense analog
interface for MicroNet The 5466-332 combines a large number of analog channels within a single MicroNet I/O module. Its 24 input channels use the 4–20 mA signal range, while 8 output channels also operate in the 4–20 mA range. Channels 23 and 24 use reduced filtering compared with the other analog input channels.
LIFECYCLE NOTE
The 5466-332 is a legacy module. Woodward's product-change program states that production of the earlier HDA module family ended in 2015.

Why does the 5466-332 input voltage range matter more than simply matching the MicroNet family?
Because the 5466-332 is specifically configured for 4–20 mA analog inputs. A replacement must preserve the required signal type and channel architecture; a MicroNet module from another I/O class should not be assumed interchangeable simply because it belongs to the same platform.

Those two input channels have reduced filtering compared with the other inputs in the 5466-332 configuration.
