Siemens 6ES7153-1AA02-0XB0 is the slim IM153-1 interface module that turns any ET 200M station into a high-speed PROFIBUS-DP slave. Supporting up to 128 S7-300 I/O modules on a single bus address, the unit delivers 244 bytes input / 244 bytes output cyclic data at 12 Mbps with automatic baud-rate detection. Galvanically isolated RS-485 and integrated bus-termination switches eliminate external terminators, while mechanical keying prevents incorrect module insertion during hot-swap maintenance. The 40 mm-wide housing snaps onto 35 mm DIN-rail and operates from –25…+60 °C with 2 g vibration immunity typical of conveyors, compressors and marine decks. Firmware updates via Micro Memory Card (MMC) and full STEP 7 hardware catalog integration mean 6ES7153-1AA02-0XB0 is the drop-in replacement that extends legacy PROFIBUS networks without rewiring or programming changes.
