Summary
Semikron SKKH570/16E is a SEMIPACK-5 thyristor/diode module delivering 570 A average forward current and 1600 V repetitive peak voltage for rugged motor-drive, soft-starter and phase-control tasks.
Aluminium-nitride ceramic base-plate and pressure-contact technology give low thermal resistance and 50-year MTBF, shrinking heatsink size and system downtime in one shot.
