2214-308LQTC is a compact, air-cooled 308 nm argon-ion laser head built by JDSU for industrial users who want reliable deep-UV light without external water cooling; it delivers up to 30 mW of clean, single-line output, plugs straight in to standard 24 VDC supplies and RS-232/USB ports, and keeps running ±2 % power stability over long shifts so your process stays in spec with almost zero maintenance.

♦Micromachining & micro-texturing of medical plastics, ceramics and metals where the 308 nm spot cuts feature sizes down to a few microns.
♦UV curing and rapid prototyping of adhesives, inks and photopolymers in inline printing or 3-D printers.
♦Fluorescence inspection and spectroscopy on semiconductor or pharmaceutical lines, giving bright 308 nm excitation without the heat load of water-cooled lasers.
