Product description
E-ME-AC-05F is an ATOS Euro-card analog amplifier that drives one or two proportional solenoids without sensors. It turns a 0 – 10 V or 4 – 20 mA command into a stable PWM current up to 3.3 A, so pressure, flow or position change exactly with the input signal. The card is 24 Vdc powered, plug-and-play on DIN rails, and ships with factory presets that let you swap cards in seconds and keep the machine running.
Key features
✅ 0 – 10 V or 4 – 20 mA input, jumper-free selection; 3.94 V/mm-equivalent gain preset for smooth, repeatable motion.
✅3.3 A max PWM output with short-circuit and thermal protection; card survives solenoid shorts and keeps the valve alive.
✅5 s ramp, enable/disable pin and front-panel test points; tune speed or stop the axis without touching the PLC code.
