Description

The Allen-Bradley 81001-451-63-R is a matched-set of three 1 500 A SGCT (Symmetrical Gate-Commutated Thyristor) power-semiconductor devices used inside the inverter section of PowerFlex 7000 medium-voltage drives. Each device is factory-selected for identical switching characteristics, so the drive keeps the same current sharing and dv/dt margins after a field replacement—no re-tuning or special tools are required. The kit is a direct OEM spare, guaranteeing the exact voltage class and gate-driver interface that the 7000 series expects.
