DSCB-02 is ABB’s “Diode-Supply Connector Board” that links the DSU (Diode Supply Unit) to the outside world inside ACS800 liquid-cooled multi-drives. It carries the low-voltage control signals and the 24 VDC auxiliary power from the RDCU/RMIO boards to the high-power diode modules, so you can start, stop and supervise the whole rectifier without extra marshalling racks. The board needs only 0.35–0.45 A from the 24 V rail, works from –25 °C to +70 °C, and is hot-pluggable—swap it without powering down the cubicle. One DSCB-02 handles up to two parallel diode modules; for bigger stacks ABB ships the matching multi-cable kits (1×, 2× or 3×) so you just clip in and go. That means fewer wires, faster commissioning and a clean, service-friendly layout in any 6-, 12- or 24-pulse ACS800 setup.
