This plant will be part of Fujian Petrochemical Company Limited's (FPCL) refinery expansion project in the Quangang District, Fujian Province, China.   Fujian Integrated Refining and Ethylene Joint Venture Project: The project will increase the refinery's crude oil processing capacity from 4 million to 12 million tons annually. It involves a joint venture between FPCL (50%), ExxonMobil (25%), and Saudi Aramco (25%). GE's Contribution: GE will supply two Frame 9E gas turbines, each with a capacity of 130 megawatts, along with two generators. These units, manufactured in Belfort, France, will be delivered in early 2008, with commercial operation scheduled for mid-2008.
